5 butir telur ayam
100 gram tepung terigu serbaguna
125 gram gula pasir
1/2 sendok teh vanili bubuk
1 sendok makan cake emulsifier ( SP/TBM )
50 gr margarine ( dilelehkan )
1/4 sendok teh baking powder
Cara Membuat Bolu Panggang :

kocok telur, gula pasir dan cake emulsifier menggunakan mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi sampai mengembang pucat dan kental
masukkan vanili bubuk, baking powder dan tepung terigu sedikit demi sediki, aduk sampai adonan tercampur rata
tuang margarine yang sudah dilelehkan, aduk lagi sampai rata
tuang adonan kedalam loyang ukuran 25 cm yang sudah dioles mentega dan ditaburi tepung terigu supaya tidak lengket
panggang dalam oven selama 30 menit atau sampai matang dan berwarna kecoklatan
keluarkan dari oven lalu bolu panggang siap disajikan
